How many renovations do I get?
A paid plan includes 60 renovations each billing cycle. The first 20 customers pay $9.99/mo, locked while the subscription stays active. After that, new subscriptions are $19.99/mo. Walkthrough photos and comparable estimates do not use a renovation. One renovation after is one photo of a renovated room. The first time through a listing, each room uses one. Editing a photo again uses another. Each room you generate or edit counts as one renovation.
What is the difference between a contractor share and a seller share?
You send two private links from Share. The seller sees the renovated rooms and the itemized estimate. The contractor sees those rooms and the to-dos, with prices stripped so they can bid. Anyone with the link can view that package. Recipients cannot regenerate or edit the plan.
How do I edit a room?
On the listing, click Edit look. Describe the change in the prompt and click Generate edit. That uses one more renovation after. Line items stay the same until you edit, delete, or add them yourself.
How do I cancel?
Open Account and select Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel. Future billing stops. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. For billing questions, email support@homeprepai.com.
