The first listing step is Photos. Add the home photos you want renovated. Each photo becomes a room on the plan.
Tap Add home photos. On a phone that reads From your camera roll. On a desktop it reads Drop photos or choose files. JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC all work. You need at least one photo to continue.
HomePrep does not ask for a special angle. Use the walkthrough shots you already have of each room.
Fill in Address. Use a real street so HomePrep can look up the home.
Listing facts includes Square footage. The hint is We fill this in when we find the home. You can edit it. If it is empty, enter the living area and click Save living area.
When the address, at least one photo, and living area are in, click Next: add estimate.
You can also click Save for later and come back from Home.
