HomePrep turns walkthrough photos into a room-by-room renovation plan: renovation afters, to-dos, and a dollar plan you can share with a seller or contractor.

You need an email and a password of at least eight characters. Listings autosave to that account. Keep your password to yourself. You can reset it by email.

HomePrep is a paid monthly subscription through Stripe. There is no free plan.

The price you pay is the one shown on the pricing page and at checkout. The first 20 paid seats are $9.99/mo, locked for as long as the subscription stays active. After those 20 seats are taken, new subscriptions are billed at the standard monthly price.

Paid subscriptions include 60 renovations each billing cycle.

You can cancel in the Stripe customer portal. You keep access through the period you already paid.

To cancel, go to the Account page and select Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription.

When you cancel, future billing stops. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.

The $9.99/mo launch price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the then-current standard price applies.

Subscription fees, including the $9.99/mo launch price seats, are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

You own the photos you upload and the packages you create. You give us permission to store them, send them to the AI we use to renovate, and show them on share links you create. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.

Renovation afters are generated by AI. They are a look, not a promise that the finished room will match.

Estimates are planning ranges, not bids, invoices, or appraisals. Edit dollars before you send a plan.

Seller and contractor links are long and hard to guess, but they are not a login. Anyone with the link can view that package. You decide who gets it. Recipients cannot regenerate or edit the plan.

Do not break the product, scrape it, try to reach other agents’ listings, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend an account that does.

HomePrep is provided as-is. We can have outages. AI can miss a room or invent a bad after. We are not your contractor, inspector, or lawyer.

To the extent the law allows, HomeInsight Inc is not liable for renovation results, estimate misses, or what a seller does with a shared plan.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Using HomePrep after a change means you accept the new page.
