A paid plan includes 60 renovations each billing cycle. The first 20 customers pay $9.99 a month, locked while the subscription stays active. After that, new subscriptions are $19.99 a month.
Walkthrough photos and comparable estimates do not use a renovation. One renovation after is one photo of a renovated room. The first time through a listing, each room uses one. Generate edit uses another. Each room you generate or edit counts as one renovation.
Your account page shows your plan and how many renovations you have left.
To cancel, open Account and select Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal. Future billing stops. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
